How far in advance should I bring in a retreat VA?
Ideally, 3–6 months before your retreat.
This allows enough time to set up systems, manage registrations, coordinate guest communications, and support planning. However, I can also step in closer to the date for last-minute organisation and on-the-ground admin support if needed.
Do you support international retreats or UK-only?
I support both UK-based and international retreats.
I’m experienced in working across different time zones, handling international guest communications, and coordinating logistics remotely.
How do you handle last-minute guest changes or cancellations?
I handle changes calmly and efficiently by updating records, communicating promptly with guests, and liaising with you on any financial or policy decisions.
